GALLETAS LEA BAKERY – SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed with Galletas Lea Bakery are prepared fresh and shipped according to our weekly dispatch schedule.


Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders are typically dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • Our current dispatch dates are always posted at the top of our main page.
  • Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Surplus Sale Orders:


  • Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same Monday.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Monday will be shipped Tuesday.

Holiday Schedule:

  • During weeks with a holiday, orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day.


Shipping Responsibility:

  • Galletas Lea Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS/UPS), including delays due to high seasonal volume.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on carrier pricing (USPS/UPS) and may vary depending on weight and destination.
  • In cases where actual shipping costs exceed what was charged, Galletas Lea Bakery will cover the difference.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once a tracking number has been issued.

  • Placing an order does not mean it will ship immediately. All orders follow our established shipping schedule, which is always available on our website.
