GALLETAS LEA BAKERY – SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed with Galletas Lea Bakery are prepared fresh and shipped according to our weekly dispatch schedule.
Shipping Schedule:
- Orders are typically dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Our current dispatch dates are always posted at the top of our main page.
- Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Surplus Sale Orders:
- Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same Monday.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Monday will be shipped Tuesday.
Holiday Schedule:
- During weeks with a holiday, orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
Shipping Responsibility:
- Galletas Lea Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS/UPS), including delays due to high seasonal volume.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on carrier pricing (USPS/UPS) and may vary depending on weight and destination.
- In cases where actual shipping costs exceed what was charged, Galletas Lea Bakery will cover the difference.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once a tracking number has been issued.

- Placing an order does not mean it will ship immediately. All orders follow our established shipping schedule, which is always available on our website.
